Twelve Oaks is a free-standing alcohol and drug treatment center located in the Florida panhandle. The five-acre campus borders a sandy beach and provides a serene setting. We incorporate a multi-disciplinry approach, and individual treatment plans are designed based on the specific needs of each patient.

Starlite Recovery Center (Boys Only) - Texas

White Deer Run - Pennsylvania

The main facility, located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, is situated on 150 acres of beautiful countryside. White Deer Run also operates three other inpatient facilities located in Lancaster, Lebanon and Mt. Pleasant as well as the Cove Forge Behavioral Health System, consisting of 9 treatment sites. There are also a large number of outpatient sites located throughout the state of Pennsylvania as well. Each of White Deer Run’s facilities provides a relaxed atmosphere that lends itself to personal reflection and healing for adults and adolescents alike.

The Camp Recovery Center - California

Located in the majestic redwood forests of Northern California, The Camp Recovery Center offers a breathtaking natural environment in which to recover from drug addiction and alcoholism.

The Camp's comprehensive program is widely recognized as the leader in substance abuse treatment as it offers the most complete assortment of levels of care for adults and adolescents, ranging from detoxification to residential (in-patient) and outpatient substance abuse treatment as well as continuing care and online rehabilitation services.

Keystone Treatment Center - South Dakota

Keystone provides comprehensive individualized continuum of care for chemically dependent patients and their families. Keystone is a free standing residential facility for adults and adolescents. There is also an outpatient program in nearby Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Gambling treatment is also provided in both the residential program and the out patient program.

Echo Malibu - California

At ECHO MALIBU we provide youth and their families with state of the art, comprehensive, holistic treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, emotional difficulties, and behavioral problems in our residential treatment program. All program participants are provided with an individualized treatment plan. Each treatment plan is designed and implemented by licensed clinical professionals to identify and treat the underlying causes of addiction, rather than merely focusing on the behaviors that result from addiction.
